DIA Membership

Where can I get my Public Liability and Professional Indemnity (PIPL) insurance certificate? How do I cancel my DIA Membership? I need to change/update my DIA Members Portal email address How can I update my address details? I haven't received a new membership card, where can I get one?

I have not received any membership emails and newsletters from the DIA.
