Where can I get my Public Liability and Professional Indemnity (PIPL) insurance certificate?

Your DIA membership includes £25 million Professional Indemnity (PI) and Public Liability (PL) insurance. To generate and download your insurance certificate, you must complete the online form at the link below. This is the only way to access your certificate. Our team cannot issue it by phone or email.

Once you submit the form, your certificate will be available to download immediately.

To validate your insurance, you may also need to log in to the DIA Members’ Portal and download proof of membership, such as:

• Your membership card

• Membership certificate

• Card verification

• Membership receipt

Please note:

• Your membership plan must match the training you deliver for your insurance to remain valid.
• Higher-risk training (motorcycle, off-road, track, or specialist vehicle handling) must be declared and requires DIA Plus membership.
• Waiver forms must be used for all training activities.
• This cover does not replace your motor insurance and is not available to members based in the Republic of Ireland.
• If you call us about your certificate, we will direct you back to the online form.
• You must complete the form yourself. We are unable to complete it on your behalf.
• Please make sure you have your membership details ready before completing the form.
