I've received a complaint made against me by one of my pupils via the DVSA. What should I do?

Alternatively, you can instruct a solicitor to act on your behalf if you choose. We cannot give legal advice but we have many years of experience with complaints against driver trainers ranging from low level complaints, to interviews under caution and tribunals. 

We can assist our members with guidance and support with complaints, helping them to navigate the complaints process, which can be confusing and stressful.

Firstly, you will need to email us at [email protected] with an outline of the issue so far, how it happened, and what were the circumstances surrounding it. We will reply to you within 48 working hours with our feedback and recommendations for your next steps.
