My pupil keeps postponing her course, now wants a refund, and is threatening small claims court. What should I do? I have received a police caution for an offence not related to driving instruction. Do I need to report this to the DVSA? I've received a complaint made against me by one of my pupils via the DVSA. What should I do? I've received an email from the DVSA requesting that I attend an Interview Under Caution. I don't know what this means and what to do next. I've received an email from the DVSA to say the Registrar is considering removing me from the ADI Register due to a complaint. What do I do?
