Before I start the process of becoming a driving Instructor, is there any way of checking if I would be suitable for the job? What hours are normal for a PDI to teach each week? I have either lost or had my PDI licence stolen, what should I do? Should I join an association as a PDI or wait until I have qualified? As an ORDIT trainer, can I sign off a PDI’s ADI21 AT form for 20 hours of training if their sponsor is unavailable?

No, only the sponsoring ADI can sign the ADI21 AT form. You may provide training, but those hours won’t count toward the required 20 hours, and you must not sign the form.
